In Poughkeepsie on East side of Jefferson st — in 1806 this land was acquired by a group of Methodists for a church building- building was torn down 1826 – the lot was also used as a burial place – was in a neglected state by 1911 when the gravestones were transcribed – the lot was sold, all gravestones & remains were moved to new cemetery (Poughkeepsie Rural)
